Colour: Deep red colour with brick coloured hues.
Nose: Subtle yet complex nose showing ripe berry fruits
and a hint of oak adding lift.
Palate: Soft and ripe front palate gives seductive and attractive
mouth feel. Berry fruits give way to firm yet well
structured tannins providing a lingering finish.
Cellaring: A mid weighted Cabernet designed to be enjoyed now or
over the next few years.

Vintage 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (approx. $AU 16 / bottle)

Colour: Deep and vibrant red colour.
Nose: Spicy berry and cassis fruits backed by dusty and cedary characters.
Palate: Lively palate with rich berry fruits providing great front palate richness. A hint of earthiness gives complexity and the wine has a satisfying finish due to having a good balance of tannin and acidity.
Cellaring: Enjoy now or over the next four years.

 

 

Reserve Vintage 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (approx. $AU 25 / bottle)

Colour: Deep red colour.
Nose: Blackberry fruits, spice and vanilla oak characters provide a complex bouquet.
Palate: Rich yet elegant Cabernet. The palate shows blackcurrant fruit backed by powerful oak which provides dusty characters. There is good tannin structure to support the oak and provide a long finish to the wine.
Cellaring: This wine can be enjoyed now and will continue to develop for the next eight years.
